Brandon Frank

Brandon Frank handles intellectual property and entertainment law. He has assisted many people in the entertainment, technology, education, and intellectual property industries. He counsels and represents entrepreneurs, business executives, creators, innovators, songwriters, filmmakers, recording artists, publishers, managers, entertainment companies, producers, media and e-commerce operators, Internet-based companies, and intellectual property owners and users.
Over the past 10 years, Brandon has served as counsel and advisor to individuals and companies in the areas of business development, operations and expansion, intellectual property protection and exploitation, marketing and promotions, digital media, technology development and management, branding and sponsorship, entertainment industry contracts, licensing intellectual property rights, talent/artist development, and entertainment property production and distribution.
Prior to practicing law, Brandon worked in the public sector, holding positions with the United States House of Representatives Committee on Energy & Commerce; a former Congressman handling matters in the areas of commerce, technology, education and homeland security; Legislative Editor with the Louisiana Senate; Law Clerk to a Chief Judge in Louisiana state court; and the Louisiana Department of Justice Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
Mr. Frank earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property & International Trade from the American University Washington College of Law; a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the Southern University Law Center; and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
Brandon's speaking engagements include presentations on intellectual property, entertainment, technology, and computer crimes. In his free time, Brandon enjoys travel, the great outdoors, sports, and time with family and friends.
