IMPACT Leadership 21 Emerging Global Leaders Training Program arms the next generation of global leaders through the IMPACT Leadership 21 Framework and Platform. The program is designed to inspire, nurture, develop, empower and grow high-potential emerging leaders globally.
The 21st century’s rapid changes in all cultural, social, political and economic spheres across the globe have brought about a need to transform the area of leadership to adapt to these changes. Successful global leadership now requires young, emerging leaders in the pipeline to possess traits that will arm them to successfully navigate today’s competitive, fast-changing, diverse and hyper-connected world.
IMPACT Leadership 21 Emerging Global Leaders Training Program (EGL) develops, arms and nurtures a new breed of high-potential young global leaders -- prepared to take on the challenges of a fast-changing global environment. At the core of this mission is to help create an inclusive leadership for sustainable economies.
The IMPACT EGL Program is designed for young global leaders who are ready to take their skills to the next level of high-impact leadership acceleration. This 5-day comprehensive training program combines global exposure at the United Nations and interaction with country leaders, Ambassadors and diplomats, deep dive interactive sessions into the 6 Global Toolkit for Transformational Leadership (IMPACT Framework), exclusive mentoring sessions with high-caliber executives from corporate partners (Fortune 500 corporations) mastering global communication skills through immersive sessions with The Charisma Communication Tools, Confidence Building Coaching Sessions, and the proprietary IMPACT Gender Attunement Group Coaching. An exclusive Graduation Luncheon at the United Nations concludes the EGL Program, where participants receive their Official Certificate of Completion.
