IMPACT Leadership 21 Emerging Global Leaders Training Program arms the next generation of global leaders through the IMPACT Leadership 21 Framework and Platform. The program is designed to inspire, nurture, develop, empower and grow high-potential leaders around the world. Membership is open to promising young women and men with exceptional leadership potential.
The Need:
The 21st century’s rapid changes in all cultural, social, and economic spheres across the globe have brought about a need to transform the area of leadership to reflect these shifts. As global leaders have to be able to successfully navigate today’s fast-changing, global, and hyper-connected world, there is a need for a new generation of leaders who are able to set and carry out their visions for tackling current problems and creating an environment of sustainable growth.
Program Mission:
The mission of IMPACT Leadership 21 Emerging Global Leaders Training Program is to develop and nurture a cadre of high-potential young global leaders who will be prepared to take on the global challenge of a fast-changing, diverse, hyper-connected world.
Program Description:
The IMPACT Leadership 21 Emerging Global Leaders development program is predicated around the IMPACT Leadership 21 Framework, designed to inspire, nurture, and empower young women by fostering in them competencies of a successful leader in the following areas: I - Innovation, M - Multiculturalism, P - Passion, A - Attunement, C - Collaboration, and T - Tenacity (IMPACT). The program’s unique design, which combines classroom instruction with an intensive and interactive discussion component, multicultural immersion, mentoring by leaders across all sectors, and networking opportunities, ensures that each participant gains maximum of knowledge and experience within a short time frame.

IMPACT Leadership 21 (IMPACT21) invites promising young women and men with exceptional leadership potential to submit their application for the Spring 2015 Cohort of Emerging Global Leaders Training Program (EGL)
THE PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Ø Deep-dive and learn the 6 Requirements of Transformational Leadership to Navigate the Challenges of a Diverse, Hyper-connected World: Innovation, Multiculturalism, Passion, Attunement, Collaboration and Tenacity (IMPACT)
Ø Engage in dialogues with Ambassadors of the different Permanent Missions to the United Nations.
Ø Attend the "2nd Annual POWER of COLLABORATION Global Summit" at the United Nations (UN) Headquarters, New York City, March 25, 2015.
Ø Expose gained knowledge at an exclusive Mentoring and Networking Reception and receive individual mentoring from business, government and nonprofit leaders.
Ø Visit to a Fortune 500 Corporate Office and dialogue with top management on their leadership initiatives and programs.
Ø Attend the EGL Fellows Graduation Reception and engage in discussions with the Ambassadors to the UN and leaders across all sectors.
