This deep-dive-workshop highlights the importance of Gender Attunement to create personal and organizational success.  It brings expert insights and offers solutions to help both men and women understand each other’s communication styles, resonance and perceptions as well as biological and social influences. These insights span how both genders think, do and act in the workplace as well as the relationships they build, decision-making processes, conflict resolution skills and the way they lead others.

​The outcome of the workshop is an action plan that will foster a more collaborative environment within the workplace between genders based on a genuine understanding of each other’s “Language” and a mutual respect of their differences.

​The overall IMPACT for an organization allows for greater success in employee motivation, the creation of growth opportunities brought upon by a stronger and more satisfied workforce: Gender Attunement breeds an environment where teams can cooperate and collaborate to achieve the overall goals and mission of the organizations.

​The environment, as a whole must shift to one of Gender Attunement through understanding in order to create maximum benefit to the entire entity. A team that learns together holds one another accountable; thereby improving the retention of all materials.
