Leslie Grossman, IMPACT Spirit of Collaboration Award 2016, first recipient. Leslie is a global leadership consultant, coach and facilitator, and Chair, VISTAGE Private Advisory Boards for CEOs. Leslie works tirelessly connecting people of all levels, and is a sought-after authority for keynotes and corporate training on collaborative leadership worldwide. Her recent book, Link Out, How to Turn Your Network Into a Chain of Lasting Connections, is a testament to her passion and spirit of collaboration.

Kunal Sood, IMPACT Honors Awardee, Innovative Leadership. Kunal is the Founder and Curator of NOVUS, Re-imagining the American Dream, and Founder of X-Fellows Initiative. He also serves as Director of Strategic Relations at Halo Drop, a Life Saving Drone Company based out of NASA AMES Research Park in Silicon Valley. Currently Kunal is an Advisory Board member at EDCast, Nexus India, Hack Cancer and Women's Entrepreneurship Day.
