Leslie Grossman, Vice-Chair

Leslie Grossman credits her 25 year career as the founder and leader of companies and organizations to her joy and skill in collaboration and building trusted relationships, two critical leadership traits. Today she is committed to developing these traits in leaders in her speaking, coaching and training practices. As a chair for Vistage International, the largest global CEO peer advisory board organization, Leslie facilitates groups and coaches leaders. She also coaches senior women executives for Columbia Leadership Group. Previously Leslie created Women’s Leadership Exchange, a national conference program producing over 85 conferences attended by over 65,000 women and was CEO of an integrated marketing agency. Leslie has written two books: Link Out: How to Turn Your Network into a Chain of Lasting Connections (Wiley) and Sellsation! How Companies Can Capture Today’s Hottest Market: Women Business Owners and Executives (WPE Press). Among the many organizations she has served as a board member and president, she is most devoted to supporting the breakthroughs being made by Impact Leadership 21 in her role as vice-chair of the Global Advisory Board.
