IMPACT Leadership 21 started a catalytic dialogue called “Conversations with Men™: The Language of Leadership, Equality and Partnership”. The Forum was hosted by The New York Times and Presented by Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi-UFJ. What has started as an Executive Forum featuring an all-male panel with the goal of having an open, honest, candid dialogue between women and men on issues relevant to women’s leadership, understanding gender perceptions and myths, differences – became the catalyst that is shaping the NEW LANGUAGE of transformational leadership for women. A language founded on partnership between women – and men. A White Paper came about as a result of this initial dialogue.
